Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Rub all over the ribs.
Slow cooking makes the ribs tender before they are coated in a sticky glaze of tomato, honey, soy and smoked paprika. A real barbecue-night favourite.

Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Rub all over the ribs.
Cook covered over indirect heat at about 140Β°C for 2β2.5 hours, until the meat begins to soften.
Mix the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the ribs generously.
Grill over indirect heat for a further 15β20 minutes, brushing several times until the glaze is glossy.
The sweet, smoky glaze needs malt character and balanced bitterness. Dark lager or porter echoes the caramel notes, while hops cut through the richness.
A delicious alternative that lets the food take centre stage.
